The project

We are on a mission to deliver Value Addded Services (VAS) worldwide. We have built a powerful cross-industry platform with global reach, together with top-tier corporate partners from banking and payment industries. The VAS platform is a distribution tool for digital goods such as pre-paid cards, subscriptions and vouchers. We deliver biggest brands’ services to b2b clients. The ecosystem runs on cloud-based digital solutions. Our product team consists of leading industry experts and now we seek to strengthen our market position in Poland as well as to expand internationally.


Areas of responsibility

✓ Business development and sales of the product and services to financial (banks) and non-financial industries in Poland and globally

✓ Campaign coordination with regard to VAS process and VAS product management

✓ Identification of sales opportunities, active sales and customer acquisition

  • Bringing new business
  • Preparation of offers aligned with the needs of strategic clients
  • Negotiating and finalising cooperation deals with clients and vendors
  • Pricing development
  • Market and competitive analysis, monitoring market trends and best practices in order to expand the catalogue of services and use cases
  • Maintaining a high level of solution, product, service and market knowledge
  • Contract pipeline management

✓ Building of long-term business relationships

  • Creating, building and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Creating a systematic, process-oriented approach to partners and relationship management
  • Cooperation with marketing department in developing advertising campaigns consistent with the process and sales tools
  • Developing and updating sales materials


We expect

✓ 4- 8 years of professional experience in business development or sales

✓ Background in financial industry a plus

✓ Proven sales track record

✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✓ Negotiation skills

✓ A drive to seek new business opportunities

✓ Basic understanding of benefit based marketing campaigns

✓ Research and strategy development skills

✓ Networking skills

✓ Fluent English and Polish spoken and written
