As an Administration Specialist in the Finance & Operations team, you will be responsible for streamlining the company’s administrative processes and driving operational efficiency in the F&O team. Your role will support the whole organization in international growth by optimizing often complex administrative processes and enabling better resource allocation in this area.
As the Administration Specialist in the Finance & Operations team, you will:
- manage contracts and documents flow for new and current employees as well as external providers (preparing based on drafts, signing, and archiving – this is the main part of the role);
- review and archive invoices to support our Accounting Specialist;
- collect data required for the payroll calculations;
- oversee the correspondence flow;
- update the internal knowledge base for the Finance & Operations team;
- collaborate closely with the F&O colleagues as well as other teams (Marketing, People and Culture);
- perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
You are the perfect fit if you have:
- previous experience in a similar scope of duties;
- accuracy and attention to detail;

excellent organization and time management skills;
- good communication skills that enable cooperation with different levels of stakeholders;
- good written and verbal command of English - We also have English-speaking people on board, and sometimes you will work with them;
- ability to work independently and show proactivity in finding new solutions to optimize the processes.
