Salary: 8000 PLN - 13000 PLN company costs

Form of employment: Contract of employment or B2B contract (self-employed).

By joining Tidio as a Sales Development Representative, you will become a crucial member of our international team and help us identify high-potential B2B clients by introducing them to Tidio+

You will work closely with Account Executives, and the Head of CX Ops to streamline our sales process.


As a Sales Development Representative, you will:


  • target our registered clients with email sequences to spark interest in Tidio+;
  • research our sign-ups and connect on LinkedIn to build relationships and interest in Tidio+;
  • go through our database and identify opportunities;
  • manually reach out to some sign-ups;
  • create campaigns for some sign-ups;
  • make zoom/google meets calls (30% of the time);
  • communicate with our leads in preparation for the account executive team.


You are the perfect fit if you have:


  • advanced knowledge of the English language: minimum C1 level (written and spoken);
  • availability to start an 8-hour shift at 10 AM CET;
  • ability to write persuasive emails and LinkedIn messages - both one-to-one and one-to-many (personal and campaigns);
  • highly developed organizational skills;
  • attention to detail for good data hygiene - to maintain our profiles and database;
  • curiosity around understanding how different companies could use Tidio;


Bonus points will be given for:


  • experience in selling e-commerce or customer experience software, chatbots, live chat, etc.
  • SDR experience;
  • familiarity with the SaaS sector.
  • a good understanding of Tidio and our competitors and where we excel and where we don’t;
