In Customer Service, you will be the daily support for our customers across Europe. That's why we're looking for a person who can't imagine a day's work without contact with people and values good relationships (both with customers and the team). It is important to us that you, as a new TIMOs, identify with our values from the beginning and have the necessary competencies to feel comfortable with our work model.


Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries from B2B customers,
  • Help in identification and resolving ongoing customer issues related to, among other things, technical aspects of system operation (e.g. logging in), billing (e.g. data inconsistencies), complaints and cancellations,
  • Presentation of the system,
  • Coordinating administrative and payroll issues,
  • Handling the data synchronization process. Verifying and making changes related to data updates by our customers,
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships,
  • Daily collaboration with other departments (Business Security, Sales or Debt Collection).


You are our Hero if you:


  • Communicate effectively in the following languages:

Lithuanian (min. B2) - essential for communication with customers and verification of documents,

Russian (min. B2) - essential for communication with customers and verification of documents,

- Polish (B2) or English (B2) - necessary to exchange information with Team Leader and colleagues.


  • Bring experience in telephone customer service, or have a strong desire to grow in this area,
  • Demonstrate empathy, possess strong analytical and active listening skills, allowing you to identify customer issues effectively,
  • Computer operation and MS Office programs is not a challenge for you,
  • In daily work you follow the rules of #Teamwork and #OneTeam 😊


Quality is also very important to us. What do we mean by it?

  • Attention to detail while handling customers and processing their documents,
  • Accuracy during completing notes, adding information in CRM, etc.


Nice to have:

  • Experience in a similar position,
  • Previous contact with documents in Lithuanian language,
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian or Czech to communicate freely.


IMPORTANT: The workplace is Wrocław.
