Scaling globally, we are seeking a talentedSenior Designer to join our remote team of 200+ from around the world.

Your New Role

As a Senior Creative Designer, you’ll join our creative team of 3 at Tiugo Technologies — a remote, supportive group that works closely together.

You’ll lead the next phase of the rebrand for one of our brands, finalizing the visual identity, working with and expanding the tokenized design system, and updating the website. The direction for the rebrand has already been established, and your role will be to drive it forward, crystalize the visual language, create templates, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

You’ll also create marketing materials for two brands, including social media graphics, paid ads, white papers, interactive PDFs, and data sheets.

We’re looking for someone with 8+ years of experience, strong branding and web design skills, and the ability to work independently while managing stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with Marketing Directors, project managers, content creators, and developers, so excellent communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalize and crystalize the visual identity of one brand, including template creation, website updates, and expanding a tokenized design system in Figma.
• Drive the full rebranding of the brand’s assets, ensuring consistency, modernity, and scalability across all touchpoints.
• Create on-brand marketing materials for all Tiugo brands, including social media graphics, white papers, and interactive PDFs.
• Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment, accurate implementation, and clear communication of design goals.
• Bring a high level of independence, ownership, and proactive problem-solving to all projects.

To be successful in this role you need the following:

• 8+ years of experience in creative design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong skills in branding and web design, with an understanding of UX principles.
• Experience in creating vector illustrations is a plus.
• Proficient in Figma (including tokenization) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with video animation tools and creating video illustrations is a major plus.
• Excellent collaboration skills for working closely with marketing stakeholders, including content writers, product marketers, and the DX team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear messaging and reporting to stakeholders.
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities to identify and proactively address potential roadblocks.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
