Your tasks:

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls about acquiring or technical products

  • Use CRM, ERP, and other systems to assist customers effectively

  • Provide technical support for card terminals and self-service portals.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as updating customer details and resolving invoice-related questions.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.


Our requirements:

  • Fluency in Danish language (spoken and written).

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Technical aptitude for reporting IT incidents.

  • Service-minded, proactive, and self-driven.

  • Flexible and result-oriented with a strong focus on quality.


Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of GDPR, AML, KYC, and e-commerce guidelines.

  • Fin-tech knowledge.

  • Prior experience in customer service or contact centers.


We offer:

  • Employment contract, with salary: 7824-10960 PLN gross/month. 

  • Model of Payment: Basic salary (based on experience): 5200-8000 PLN gross + Language Bonus 2000 PLN gross + Quarterly performance bonus (maximum range): 1872-2880 PLN gross. 

  • Hybrid working from Kraków 3 days per week or if you live far from Kraków- remote working mode. 

  • The initial training will take place at the office with the duration of 5-6 weeks. For remote employees, a hotel accommodation will be provided during those 5-6 weeks. 

  • 8-hour working time from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (40h per week, usually 8-16. However, you may be requested to cover different opening hours 1-2 times every 2 weeks.)
