Hi!

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/RTV equipment.

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

Tasks: 📌

• Providing technical support to equipment users via incoming calls.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

• Providing information on products and their functionality.

• Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements: 💎

• Fluency in Finnish (B2/C1).

• Excellent command of English (B1/B2).

• Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).

• Communicative, willingness to learn.

• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

• Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-17:00.

What we offer: 🤝

• Civil contract with a rate:

💵 If you choose hybrid mode: PLN 60,00 gross/h;

💵 If you choose full remote mode: PLN 55,00 gross/h.

• Bonus system: after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.

• How do we understand hybrid mode?

The possibility of switching to hybrid mode after 2 months from the office - after training and the first month of independent work with good performance and obtaining the manager's permission. And then: 3 weeks from home, 1 week from the office.
