Junior Recruitment Specialist

What challenges await you?​

1. Manage and drive full cycle recruiting process for internal and external candidates, ensuring full understanding of requirements and timelines;​
2. Deliver a smooth and positive candidates experience;​
3. Acquiring candidates from various sources;​
4. Leading Assessment Center sessions;​
5. Co-creation and implementation of internal and external employer branding tasks, for example representing TP at job fairs and other events;​
6. Cooperation with recruitment agencies and universities;​
7. Practical use of knowledge of labour law in the employment process, including knowledge on the employment of foreigners;​
8. Maintaining candidates database, processing candidates data and ensuring the confidentiality.​

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience;​
2. Fluency in written and verbal English is essential;​
3. Fluency in written and verbal Polish;​
4. Knowledge of recruitment techiniques;​
5. Analitical thinking skills;​
6. Team orientation & reliability;​
7. Basic knowledge of labour law;​
8. Desired: Higher education in human resources managment, psychology.​
