What challenges await you?

Manage and drive full cycle recruiting process for internal and external candidates, ensuring full understanding of requirements and timelines;

Deliver a smooth and positive candidates experience;

Acquiring candidates from various sources;

Leading Assessment Center sessions;

Co-creation and implementation of internal and external employer branding tasks, for example representing TP at job fairs and other events;

Cooperation with recruitment agencies and universities;
-
Practical use of knowledge of labour law in the employment process, including knowledge on the employment of foreigners;

Maintaining candidates database, processing candidates data and ensuring the confidentiality.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience;

Fluency in written and verbal English is essential;

Fluency in written and verbal Polish;

Knowledge of recruitment techiniques;

Analitical thinking skills;

Team orientation & reliability;
-
Basic knowledge of labour law;
-
Desired: Higher education in human resources managment, psychology.
