Your responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls about acquiring or technical products.
Use CRM, ERP, and other systems to assist customers effectively.
Provide technical support for card terminals and self-service portals.
Manage administrative tasks such as updating customer details and resolving invoice-related questions.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.
Our requirements:
Native-level command of the Norwegian language.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Prior experience in customer service or contact centers is required.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Technical aptitude for reporting IT incidents.
Service-minded, proactive, and self-driven.
Flexible and result-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
Availability during project operating hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-21:00; Saturday- Sunday: 8:00-18:00.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of GDPR, AML, KYC, and e-commerce guidelines.
Fin-tech knowledge.
We offer:
Employment contract with salary: 8240 - 10640 PLN gross/month
Hybrid working from Krakow 3 days per week or if you live far from Kraków - we will provide you accommodation for the training period (5-6 weeks). After the training, you will continue working remotely from your home.
Extensive initial training 5 - 6 weeks from the office.
