Your tasks:
- Help customers over the phone with their questions about payments and cards.
- Solve problems, follow company rules, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with teams and partners to ensure smooth processes.
Our requirements:
- Speak and write German (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1).
- Be positive, a team player, and open to learning new things.

For full-time: Be ready to work different shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends. For part-time: availability to work on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) for 10h each, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, i.e. 20h of work per week.
Optional:
- Experience in customer service- if you don't have any experience, don't be afraid, we will teach you everything.
What we offer:
- Employment contract, with salary: for full-time: 6700-8700 PLN gross/month; and for part-time: 4100-5100 PLN gross/month. Based on your experience.
