Russian - English Interpreter

👉 The work is fully remote, and we provide professional equipment, allowing you to work from anywhere in Poland.

👉 We are looking for individuals who can work full-time shifts (8 hours per day, with no maximum number of hours) between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, and occasionally on weekends.​

📌 Your primary task will be consecutive interpreting for Russian speakers residing in the US or UK who are unable to​ communicate in English. You can expect to make calls and video calls to various public institutions (medical facilities, police stations, or 911 emergency services).

We offer:

✔️ Civil contract.

✔️ Rate Gross/hour:

• Learning time (training) PLN 30,5

• Work before midnight PLN 36

• Weekends PLN 38

• Work after midnight PLN 46

Our requirements:

 ✔️ Excellent command of Russian and English- both mandatory,

 ✔️ Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy during interpretation,

 ✔️ Being able to empathize with the caller,

 ✔️ Have a stable cable internet connection and a calm environment,

 ✔️ Stress resistant - if one of the speakers is incoherent or upset, especially in emergencies such as 911 calls.

Important: We process only candidates with current access to the Polish labor market and valid​ work authorization documents.
