Your tasks
- Supporting customers of a well-known social media brand from LATAM market
- Answering emails and chat inquiries in Spanish
Our requirements ☀️
- Upper intermediate Spanish skills (min. B2)
- Upper intermediate English skills (min. B2)
- Availability for 7 days of implementation training on site in Poznań
- Available for a minimum 140 hours and 2 weekends per month
- Excellent computer skills (including speed typing)
What we offer 🤑
- Fully paid implementation training
- Contract of mandate for an indefinite period of time
- Hybrid work (after the training period)
- Hourly rate of 43 PLN gross/hour
- Schedule from Monday to Sunday between 3PM and 11PM

Recruitment process
- Initial phone interview – we want to get to know you better!
- English and Spanish verification – spoken and written
- Online interview with recruitment representative and Team Manager – during the meeting we’ll ask you some questions, take an online speed typing test and tell you more about how the project works on a daily basis.
- You will receive a call within 2 days after the interview – we contact candidates regardless of the final decision.
