Solutions Consultant - SaaS Workforce Management
As a Solutions Consultant at Trackforce, you’ll be a trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers. You will work closely with Sales and the broader Solutions Consulting teams to understand customer needs, design strategic solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and demos that showcase the value of our platform. This role blends technical acumen, business insight, and consultative storytelling to help clients achieve operational excellence and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the bridge between the technical and business teams, helping customers understand how our platform integrates with their systems and processes.
Partner with Account Executives throughout the full sales cycle, from discovery and qualification to product demonstration and technical close.
Uncover customer requirements through consultative discovery and align solutions to their pain points and objectives.
Lead engaging, customized solution demonstrations that communicate our value proposition to both technical and business stakeholders.
Translate complex workflows into Trackforce platform configurations, integrations, and implementation paths.
Conduct solution validation initiatives to support enterprise buying decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product roadmap by surfacing market trends and customer feedback.
Support RFP responses, technical documentation, and security review processes as needed.
Required Qualifications
4+ years in a Sales, Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting role in a SaaS or enterprise software environment. Specific experience with Tracktik and Guardtek is a plus.
Ability to effectively present and communicate technical and business solutions to C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
Deep understanding of discovery techniques and solution mapping across multiple personas.
Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and solution design skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
English as the primary business language.
