If successful, you see an offer of 7 477 to 10 236 zł gross + bonus as enough potential to get started at Traffit. If you are growing, Traffit is growing, and your salary and promotions will reflect that.
It's mostly a remote role but the specifics depend on the city in which you're located and hence, your availability.
Who should not apply for this role?
If you prefer to work in a large team. There is nothing wrong with this, however, in this role, you will not have access to a huge team of specialists to delegate some of your tasks.

What experience do we think makes sense for this role?
Ideally for this position would be if you have at least 2-years real-life experience in lead outreach and you know HR world.
Your responsibilities:
You’ll Traffit advocate, so you’ll:
maintain and strengthen relationships with our inbound trials
follow KPIs of the company which are set from the beginning,
constantly look for leads and new potencial opportunities,
Ideal skills set for the role:
at least 2-year experience in selling HR products,
you know and understand recruitment and HR world,
determination to achieve the goal - strong result orientation,
taking ownership of the individual results and team results,
high commitment and self-motivation,
you have to like communicating with people and be able to build relationships and convert them into sales,
your communication and interpersonal skills both in Polish and English are flawless (both verbal and written),
you like to experiment with different ways of attracting potential customers.
Please note that both fluent Polish and English language is crucial in this role. If your level isn't at least C1 it means sadly we'll not move you forward in this recruitment. Please wait with your application for another role where one of the languages isn't required.
