Who should apply for this role?

You feel comfortable speaking Polish and English fluently. 

And this role at Traffit is specifically to expand our reach into Poland and an international market as Business Development Representative. 

You want to be a guide to our potential clients and help them boost the success of their recruitment processes. If you get excited by the idea of helping people recruit faster and easier using solutions like Traffit, keep reading! 

You see the opportunity in building relationships and being in touch with the people interested in Traffit, but haven’t decided to use it yet. Your role is to show them the value of using our system for their recruitment and business.

Actively searching for new people to introduce Traffit to gives you plenty of satisfaction. 

Multiple communication channel types are no secret to you! Email, phone, social media, or other ways to get in touch with other people is a piece of cake and makes no difference to you. You know best your leads and what they do prefer.

After reading our Traffit Code which is a reflection of our culture, you think “It’s all about me and it’s what I’m looking for!”. It’s a very important part as we follow the Code in our daily activities and refer to it a lot.

If successful, you see an offer of 7 477 to 10 236 zł gross + bonus as enough potential to get started at Traffit. If you are growing, Traffit is growing, and your salary and promotions will reflect that. 

It's mostly a remote role but the specifics depend on the city in which you're located and hence, your availability.

Who should not apply for this role? 

If you prefer to work in a large team. There is nothing wrong with this, however, in this role, you will not have access to a huge team of specialists to delegate some of your tasks. 

If you don’t want your job satisfaction to be linked to results. At Traffit we don’t need everyone to succeed all the time. We learn from failing. However, each role at Traffit is connected to KPIs and numbers as we emphasize in Traffit Code. We use them to understand how successful our ideas and work are.

What experience do we think makes sense for this role?

Ideally for this position would be if you have at least 2-years real-life experience in lead outreach and you know HR world.

Your responsibilities:

You’ll Traffit advocate, so you’ll:

  • introduce new potential users of Traffit to our system,

  • maintain and strengthen relationships with our inbound trials

  • listen to Traffit users and provide them value by solving problems,
  • attract potential clients by making presentations, answering product and support-related questions,

  • follow KPIs of the company which are set from the beginning,

  • constantly look for leads and new potencial opportunities,

  • gather users feedback and proposing the implementation of best solutions to the products,

Ideal skills set for the role:

  • at least 2-year experience in selling HR products,

  • you know and understand recruitment and HR world,

  • determination to achieve the goal - strong result orientation,

  • taking ownership of the individual results and team results,

  • ability to assess the potential clients' needs and solutions fit,

  • high commitment and self-motivation,

  • you have to like communicating with people and be able to build relationships and convert them into sales,

  • your communication and interpersonal skills both in Polish and English are flawless (both verbal and written),

  • you like to experiment with different ways of attracting potential customers. 

Please note that both fluent Polish and English language is crucial in this role. If your level isn't at least C1 it means sadly we'll not move you forward in this recruitment. Please wait with your application for another role where one of the languages isn't required.
