At Traffit we’re looking for an HR & Operations Lead to join our team and take ownership of both our day-to-day company operations and the smooth running of our office environment. This is a hands-on, varied role perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, solving problems quickly, and helping a growing team operate at its best while learning to develop.
What you’ll be doing
Your work will be a mix of operational coordination and hands-on problem solving:
Office & Facilities
Act as the go-to person for all things office-related — deliveries, visitors, vendors, and general upkeep of our ~300+m² space.
Coordinate with facility partners such as cleaning, security, and catering providers.
Manage meeting rooms, equipment, seating plans, and ensure the space is stocked and welcoming.
Handle basic maintenance requests and escalate issues when needed.
Organize occasional team events, celebrations, and on-site/off-site meetings.
Support visitors and guests — from scheduling and transport to ensuring technology and refreshments are ready.
Operations & HR
Ownership of recruitment processes and employer branding strategies.
Manage vendor contracts, purchase orders, and invoices in cooperation with our finance team.
Take ownership of new hire onboarding — access setup, equipment, and making sure they feel welcome.
Support compliance processes.
Assist with staff travel bookings and expense report preparation.
Maintain office equipment and liaise with IT on technical issues.
Proactively look for ways to improve workflows, streamline processes, and boost team efficiency.
Jump in on special projects and operational tasks as they arise.
What we’re looking for
Experience: 5+ years in operations, office management, or HR administration (startup or small-company background valuable).
Languages: Fluent Polish and confident English (both written and spoken)
Organizational skills: Able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without losing focus.
Administrative confidence: Skilled in managing calendars, expenses, and documentation.
Problem-solving mindset: Able to spot issues early, suggest solutions, and follow through to resolution.
Interpersonal strengths: Comfortable working with internal teams, vendors, and external visitors.
Calm under pressure: Can stay poised and professional in a fast-moving environment.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly.
Hands-on attitude: Willing to roll up your sleeves and make things happen — whether that’s fixing a process or organizing an event.
