Who should apply for this role?
Heads up: For this role, being fluent in both Polish and English is a must. If you're not at least at a C1 level in both, we won’t be able to move forward with your application this time. Feel free to keep an eye out and apply for another role where both languages aren’t required.
C1 or C2 in both? Sweet! Let’s keep going. 😄
In this role, you’re not just helping recruiters get the most out of Traffit - you’re helping them grow and feel great about the work they do. It’s not just about the tool; it’s about making their day better.
You’ll be chatting with around 200 customers a month, not just replying to questions, but reaching out with helpful tips - even when everything’s going smoothly for them. We like being one step ahead.
Got cool ideas for what an awesome customer experience should look like? Go for it. You’ve got the freedom to shape things your way. No scripts, no micromanaging.
And if you’ve read our Traffit Code and thought, “Yes! This totally feels like me!” - then we’re probably a great fit. The Code isn’t just words on a wall - it’s how we actually do things here, every day.
Traffit Code
You’re cool with a salary in the range of 7,477 to 8,563 PLN gross + bonus (that’s around level 13 - 15 on our salary path) as a solid starting point at Traffit. If you grow, we grow - and your salary and role will grow with you.
This role includes coming to our Gdynia office once a week on Tuesdays (or more often if you’d like!). It’s our regular team day where we catch up, tackle shared customer challenges, and connect with other teams and leadership. For this position, the Tuesday meet-up isn’t flexible - it's a key part of how we work together.
This probably isn’t the right role for you if:
you’d describe yourself as junior-level. Right now, we’re looking for someone with solid experience in Customer Success and Recruitment.
you prefer working in a big team. Totally valid - but in this role, you won’t have a big crew of specialists around. We do have awesome contractors who can support you, but not an on-demand design or marketing squad.
you’re not into having your job satisfaction tied to results. We don’t expect constant wins - failing and learning is part of how we grow. But every role here is connected to KPIs and metrics, just like we outline in the Traffit Code. It helps us see what’s working (and what’s not).
you’re not into experimenting. The people who thrive here are the ones who challenge how things are done and love testing new ways to get even better results.
you’re looking for a fully remote setup. This role does require showing up in our Gdynia office once a week.
If you’re still nodding along and want to dive into the details - keep reading! 😄
