Opis stanowiska

TL;DR

Fluent both in Polish and English - at least C1 level.
Salary - 4666 zł - 6 500 zł PLN gross + bonus
Work model - remote/hybrid (our office is based in Gdynia)
Experience - HR tech (but it is not essential)

Who should apply for this role?

Heads up: For this role, being fluent in both Polish and English is a must. If you're not at least at a C1 level in both, we won’t be able to move forward with your application this time. Feel free to keep an eye out and apply for another role where both languages aren’t required.

If you're the kind of person who gets a little too excited when someone finally replies to your cold email — you're in the right place. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers — so your energy, tone, and approach matter. A lot. Think of yourself as the friendly gate-opener, not the pushy salesperson.

What kind of experience makes sense for this role?

We’re open to a couple of different paths here:

- you’ve worked in pre-sales or SDR-style roles before — ideally for at least a year,

- you’ve got experience in sales and a good understanding of the HR or recruitment world,

- or maybe you’ve worked in HR tech (though that’s not a must-have)

-If you check one of those boxes (or even a mix of them), that’s already a solid start!

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers – the person who starts the conversation and sets the tone. That means you'll:

- reach out to prospects (email, LinkedIn, phone – whatever makes sense) and spark real, human conversations

- listen closely to challenges and spot where Traffit might be a good fit

- qualify leads and book meetings for our BDR team

- personalize your outreach instead of copy-pasting generic messages (we don’t do spam here :D )

- keep your CRM tidy and up to date

- test new approaches, channels, and messages – and share what’s working (or not!)

- stay curious about what’s happening in the HR & recruitment world it helps when you talk their language

- track your KPIs, celebrate small wins, and learn from every “not now”

-be part of a small, agile sales team where your voice actually matters

What makes someone a great fit for this role?

You're the kind of person who loves connecting with others, gets a little thrill from cracking tough challenges, and isn’t afraid to try, learn, tweak, and try again. Here's what we’re looking for:

 On the technical side, you:

- know how to run a solid conversation — you ask smart questions and listen actively

- can write crisp, clear, and engaging messages — whether it’s on LinkedIn, over email, or on a quick call

- feel confident using prospecting and research tools to dig a little deeper

- understand how to build and run cold outreach sequences (Woodpecker,)

-have experience with CRM systems and know how to keep your pipeline clean and meaningful

And when it comes to soft skills, you:

- communicate well and enjoy working closely with others

- have the resilience to keep going, even when replies don’t come easy

- take initiative — you don’t wait to be told what to do

- solve problems on the fly and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo

- bring a dose of creativity to your outreach and thinking — we love fresh ideas

If that sounds like you — we’d love to get to know you better!

This probably isn’t the right role for you if:

- You don’t have any experience in sales yet. We totally get that everyone starts somewhere — but for this role, we’re looking for someone who already knows the basics of prospecting, understands what makes a lead "qualified," and has had some real exposure to a sales process (even on a small scale).

- You like to work solo and don’t love feedback. We’re constantly sharing what’s working (and what’s not), so if experimenting, asking “why?”, and trading ideas doesn’t sound like your thing — you might not enjoy the way we work.

-Y ou’re not comfortable working with targets and metrics. Every role here is connected to clear goals — not to pressure anyone, but to help us learn what moves the needle and what doesn’t. If working with KPIs just isn’t your style, no worries — but it's worth knowing upfront.

What can you expect from working with us?

Here are the TOP 3 things we’re proud of:

-Full transparency - including open salary ranges

-A work environment that truly supports your growth

-Unlimited paid holidays (yes, really!)

And there’s more:

- Zero micromanagement. We don’t track what you’re doing every hour - we give you ownership and trust you to get things done your way.

- The chance to bring your own ideas to life - even if they flop, that’s part of learning.

- A super honest, informal vibe - no corporate fluff.

- A supportive team that always has your back.

What company will you be joining?

We’re Traffit - a team of 26 people building recruitment software that’s already being used by 700+ clients worldwide, including Randstad, Volkswagen and Kubota. HR tech is growing fast and so are we. We're in a stage of rapid growth and expansion, which honestly feels like a bit of organized chaos - but in the best way. Every person here plays a key role in shaping where we’re headed next.

Perks of working with us:

- Choose what works for you: employment contract or B2B

- Bonus system based on your results

- Clear, achievable goals - no guesswork

- Hybrid work model (office visit in Gdynia once a month + remote)

- Private health & life insurance, plus a MultiSport card

- We celebrate everything - birthdays, anniversaries, big wins and everyday awesomeness

Thinking of applying? Awesome! Here’s what happens next:

We try to keep the process quick and smooth - ideally around two weeks from your application to (hopefully!) a job offer. Here’s how it goes:

      1. You’ll hear back from us within 2 working days of sending your application
      2. If it’s a yes, we’ll send over a short task for you to complete within the next 2 days
      3. Then it’s time for a chat with Anika Osmólska, our Head of People & Culture and Marzena Solak, our Head of New Business
      4. If we’re all feeling good, we’ll invite you for a quick follow-up call with Mick Griffin
      5. After that, we’ll ask you to share a work reference
      6. If it’s a match on both sides, we’ll send you an offer - and ask for your decision within 1 working day at anika.osmolska@traffit.com

Availability: We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, but we’re happy to wait for the perfect person
