About Us

TransactionLink is a fast-growing fintech startup that helps companies simplify and automate their digital customer onboarding. Our platform is used by innovative businesses across Europe to create seamless, compliant, and user-friendly onboarding experiences — without the need for coding.

By joining us, you’ll be working in a dynamic environment where your ideas directly shape how we grow our brand and reach new customers in the global fintech market.

We are looking for a hands-on marketer who can understand our product and buyer persona well.


Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the fintech, SaaS, or startup environment.

  • You have worked on marketing products over an extended period of time, having deeply understood the buyer persona, their needs and uniqueness of the product.

  • You have a good understanding of technology, product management and know how to communicate product features and unique insights effectively.

  • You have demonstrated experience of using media editing tools, website builders, AI and conducting deep research of buyer persona

  • You are a go-getter and are not afraid to learn new tools, experiment with technology and do whatever it takes to achieve a goal

  • Fluent in English (our communication is entirely in English)

  • You are a diligent hard-worker who wants to get stuff done and is keen to own a function at the company


Your responsibilities

  • Develop content and plan effective distribution on relevant channels (Linkedin, newsletter, in-person events)

  • Be very hands-on with production of content: from research, through copywriting, to video- and photo-editing.

  • Help plan and organise in-person events across Europe

  • Experiment with guerilla marketing techniques, analyse and test new channels

Our Interview Process

  1. First meeting with CEO (30 minutes)

We’ll get to know each other and explore if we might be a mutual fit for each other. You’ll get to learn more about TransactionLink, the product and the role itself.

  1. Take-home task (no more than 2h)

We will ask you to do a task that will resemble your day-to-day job. We will ask you to produce a small piece of content and will be looking to evaluate your research, copywriting and simple media production skills.

  1. Task presentation & discussion (1h)

We will meet to discuss your process behind the task, what you found hard, where you think you’d need help moving forward and what made you excited about it too!

  1. Decision

We then exchange notes and decide if there is mutual fit. It’s gonna be a tough but exciting ride so everyone must be 💯 in!
