Key qualifications for the position:

  • at least 3 years’ experience in sales of custom IT solutions for industrial clients with a strong track record in B2B sales prospecting,
  • excellent knowledge of English (C1 level) allowing for fluent communication with clients; additional languages are a plus,
  • strong communication skills enabling professional engagement with decision-makers;

Additional assets:

  • higher technical education degree or final-year student status in a field such as energy engineering, production engineering, automation, or robotics,
  • understanding of the software development process and how IT can be used to improve industrial processes,
  • practical skills in creating sales and marketing content,
  • ability to work independently and a persistent and proactive approach to seeking alternative paths to achieve goals;

Additional requirements:

  • knowledge of data protection principles in the design phase and default data protection in IT systems,
  • active driving license category B and willingness to travel for business.

 

 

As a New Business Development Specialist, you will:

  • independently conduct the sales process in the field of IT products for the industrial sector: from prospecting to closing deals,
  • actively seek new clients, with a focus on growing sales in international markets - most of the company's sales are export-oriented, with about 1,000 projects done worldwide,
  • comprehensively and independently handle tender procedures,
  • build long-term relationships with clients by regularly proposing additional products and services (upselling and cross-selling),
  • collaborate closely with the team to create engaging sales and marketing materials,
  • monitor of competitors' activities and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities,
  • for those interested, contribute to the company's sales strategy - your experience and knowledge will be a valuable asset to us.
