Fullstack Engineer
Your responsibilities:
Build and maintain internal tooling and UIs — workflow dashboards, content review interfaces, and evaluation visualization.
Develop backend APIs using Typescript and Node.js that integrate with the agentic workflow platform.
Build frontend experiences using modern frameworks (React/Next.js or equivalent).
Integrate with Azure services (Blob Storage, Service Bus, Container Apps) and LLM APIs.
Implement authentication and authorization flows (JWT, OAuth2).
Contribute to the content store: versioned prompts, reusable assets, reproducible workflow runs.
Collaborate with AI engineers, learning designers, and product managers to translate requirements into shipped features.
Ensure code quality through unit and integration tests written as part of the development workflow, in line with our shift-left approach where developers own test creation.
We are looking for you, if you have:
3–5+ years of fullstack development experience.
Strong Python backend skills (FastAPI preferred). Comfortable with async patterns.
Frontend proficiency with React, Next.js, or equivalent modern framework. TypeScript preferred.
Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or content management interfaces.
Experience writing unit and integration tests as part of the development process
Working knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud services.
Solid understanding of REST API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and database patterns.
Comfortable with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
Familiarity with LLM-powered applications is a strong plus.
Daily user of AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot).
Fluent English, spoken and written.
We offer:
Participation in interesting and demanding projects.
Flexible working hours.
A great, non-corporate atmosphere.
Possibility to work remote or hybrid (2 days per week from the office).
Opportunities for development and promotion.
Attractive package of benefits.
We reserve the right to contact the selected candidates.
