Global Product Communications Manager

We are looking for a Product Communications Specialist to join an international team working on robotics, automation solutions, and software. 

Your responsibilities:

• Develop clear and compelling messaging for consumer industry robots, automation solutions, and software.

• Translate complex technical features into accessible, value-driven narratives tailored to key audiences.

• Plan and execute communication launch plans aligned with business goals and customer needs.

• Create and manage communication materials, including product assets, thought leadership content, social media copy, online content, and event/trade show materials.

• Collaborate with product management, R&D, marketing, sales, and communication teams to deliver high-quality assets.

• Support localization of global messaging in cooperation with country-level communication leads.

• Track and analyze communication performance, continuously improving messaging and channel effectiveness.

We are looking for you, if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product communications or product marketing for B2B technologies.

• Native English or professional proficiency with strong editorial and storytelling skills.

• Strong technical understanding and willingness to learn about robotics, software, and automation.

• Experience working in a global matrix organization and collaborating internationally.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

• Business acumen and understanding of industry dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive attitude, intercultural sensitivity, and a drive to improve communication effectiveness.
