Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect Account Engagement (Pardot) solutions aligned with client business goals and Salesforce ecosystem strategy.

  • Lead end-to-end implementations and large-scale enhancements, including data models, automation flows, scoring/grading frameworks, and lead lifecycle design.

  • Build and optimize Engagement Studio programs, automation rules, and integrations.

  • Define governance, standards, and best practices for Pardot configuration, campaign structure, naming conventions, and reporting.

  • Partner with Salesforce teams on technical integration, data sync, API usage, and platform alignment.

  • Conduct technical audits, troubleshoot complex issues, and oversee solution quality.

  • Advise clients on marketing automation strategy, campaign optimization, and adoption of new Pardot features.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and marketing operations teams.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Pardot / Account Engagement in technical or architect-level roles.

  • Deep expertise in Pardot configuration, automation, lead management, and best practices.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot–Salesforce integrations.

  • Ability to design scalable, maintainable architectures across multi-cloud environments.

  • Hands on experience with marketing analytics, attribution models, and reporting.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to translate business needs into technical    solutions.

  • Pardot Consultant or Pardot Specialist certifications required; Marketing Cloud / Salesforce Architect certifications are a strong plus.
