We’re seeking an ambitious and digitally native Creative Producer to join our Studio Team, on a full time contract, based in our Warsaw office. This role is crucial in bringing the Secret Escapes brand promise to life in the UK and pushing our creative storytelling into new areas and heights. This role’s aim to drive forward our creative capabilities in two main areas: 1) Media campaigns, where we partner with brilliant partners in integrated campaigns for our members and 2) digital paid media (from social to ctv), where we want someone to actively (and monthly) ideate, test and create our own style that delivers revenue in these channels. 


This is an exceptional opportunity for a hungry, open-minded, collaborative creative to make a real impact almost immediately and to hone their craft within the dynamic world of luxury travel e-commerce.


This role requires you to be fluent in English and have knowledge of British culture.


This role requires you to take the lead in our UK market output whilst being line managed from London. You’ll be able to create killer ideas and concepts, follow them through into production, whilst being open to embracing the advancements in AI to help deliver on your ideas. 


The Team

Reporting into the Interim Marketing Director (and effectively Creative Director), this role sits in the Studio team that strives for creative effectiveness of our brand across the UK and Germany. Working closely with our Brand team and colleagues across social, influencer, copy and design, you’ll join a new and fun, diverse, fast paced, creative and welcoming team. This full time role is based in Poland and requires you to be in our Warsaw office three days a week interacting with your Studio colleagues but will also need you to be regularly interacting with your line manager and colleagues in London. The Creative Producer is the ideator and guardian of the creative, ensuring that all briefed or initiated marketing materials are high-quality, on-brand, and successfully achieve the campaign's strategic and commercial objectives.

Creative we need you driving forward:


  1. Media

    1. We are a media owner, wanting to work with travel and consumer brands in paid for partnerships. To do this, we need killer ideas that bring alive our brand and offer that clients want to buy. These will be both to brief and pre-emptively created. You’ll also be able to visualise these ideas and bring them to life for sales teams where needed. 

  2. Social

    1. Studio makes all of the creative for our performance media campaigns. To ensure creative freshness and progression in performance, the Creative Producer will be looking at data and coming up with new creative ideas or story formats, and script writing and/or storyboarding them every 2-4 weeks. They will be leading the charge with data to ensure we create our own visual style guide that drives more revenue. 

  3. Organic and influencers

    1. As above, but coming up with ideas and helping the delivery of any formats for influencer, creator or organic social posts. Working alongside these teams, this will be an inspirational role that helps push these teams on and supports them when they need help. 


In this role you will be focused on:


1. Ideation and testing 

In social and digital, you’ll self-drive a testing framework for our creative assets and use data to constantly evolve creative ideas and outputs (specifically video or carousels). In media, you’ll be coming up with amazing stories and ideas that can connect brands together and secure sales. 


2. Data

Core to our social success is using data to find what works and doesn’t work for our brand. Creating a visual style, you will be comfortable and excited in looking at VTRs, drop off points and looking at what creative is in frame at these points. Using the tools available this is about understanding true impact, putting a theory ahead to test and following through to see if it is correct. You’ll be happy to be wrong and even happier to constantly follow through on the process.  


3. Creative Execution and Quality Control

Ensures the creative output meets our brand’s high standards. You’ll oversee the implementation of the idea, write scripts and see it through, whilst working with and alongside our other senior guardians like our copy leads. 

  • Creative Briefing: Translating marketing and commercial objectives into clear, inspirational, and actionable creative briefs for the Copy and Design/Studio teams.

  • Script writing and pitch deck creation: Put your ideas down and translate them into sellable ideas and ideas into briefable outputs. 

  • Asset Oversight: Overseeing the development of creative assets—from initial concept sketches and mood boards to final images, copy, and video—ensuring they align with the brief and brand standards.

  • Quality Assurance (QA): Reviewing creative assets to ensure high-quality production value and consistency before they are handed off for final deployment. This is crucial for maintaining the premium Secret Escapes image.

  • Creative Feedback: Facilitating the creative review process, gathering feedback from key stakeholders (Brand, Legal, Senior Leadership), and clearly articulating necessary revisions or making them yourself. 


4. Stakeholder Management and Vision

This involves connecting the creative work to the business strategy and managing relationships.

  • Creative Champion: Acting as the advocate for the creative vision, ensuring that commercial requirements don't compromise the integrity or aspirational tone of the brand.

  • Strategic Alignment: Working closely with Brand Managers, Studio colleagues and Media teams to ensure that the creative execution drives the intended consumer response (e.g., booking urgency, inspiration, aspirational desire etc).


5. AI and tech


Be a creative champion of new technologies and how we use them in our creative processes. Integrate, drive forward, ideate and create through ai tools and/or partners to help drive results.  


You will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Producer, Strategist, or Hybrid Creative in a digital-first brand, agency, publisher, or media environment.

  • Hands-on experience producing creative for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and/or display, programmatic and/or CTV.

  • Strong concepting and ideation abilities, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality, insight-driven creative work (especially video-led).

  • Experience working with influencers, creators or organic social teams to develop on-trend, high-engagement formats.

  • Strong creative briefing skills: ability to translate commercial and brand objectives into actionable briefs.

  • Demonstrated interest in or active use of AI-driven creative tools (e.g., generative image/video tools, AI editing tools, ideation assistants).

  • Ability to take ideas from concept to execution: scripting, storyboarding, directing/overseeing production, and delivering polished final assets.

  • Proven experience implementing or working with creative testing frameworks (A/B test structures, hypothesis generation, performance evaluation).

  • Strong relationship-building skills and collaborative ways of working, across both local and remote teams.


And you are…

  • Comfortable working with performance data (e.g., VTR, drop-off analysis, thumb-stop indicators, CTR) to inform creative decisions.

  • Able to use insights to define and evolve a distinctive and effective digital visual style.

  • Experienced in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing short-turnaround performance assets with larger campaign concepts.

  • Able to oversee external partners, production teams, editors, designers, and copywriters from concept through delivery.

  • Experienced in working closely with brand managers, marketing teams, performance teams, legal, and senior leadership to deliver aligned creative outcomes.

  • Ability to clearly articulate creative rationale, guide stakeholders through concepts, and confidently present and defend work.

  • Fluent English with strong knowledge of British cultural nuance and consumer behaviours
