What type of people are we looking for?
Advanced English (C1/C2 or native) – ability to write for a US audience
Proven experience in content management (not just execution)
Hands-on experience with YouTube and Instagram (strategy + production)
Strong long-form writing skills (blogs, newsletters)
Ability to work independently in Canva (with support from a Graphic Designer)
High proficiency with AI tools (daily usage, ability to generate quality outputs)
Understanding of content strategy and scaling content channels
Basic knowledge of SEO (on-page + social media SEO is a plus)
Experience with online course / coaching brands (nice-to-have)
Familiarity with tools like Go High Level (nice-to-have)
Experience in repurposing content (e.g., podcast → other formats) (nice-to-have)

Estimated scope
Approximately 65–75 hours per month, depending on content volume. Breakdown:
Social media (strategy + production + publishing + moderation): ~35–40h
Newsletter (copy + design + sending): ~10–12h
Blog (2–3 articles): ~12–15h
Briefings, calls, coordination: ~8–10h
Work is mostly asynchronous. The client is based in San Diego (PST, −9h CET) – some evening availability (Polish time) is helpful.

Good to know before you apply
The client operates in the psychedelics education space – harm reduction, microdosing, and psychedelic-assisted therapy are core topics. The content is thoughtful and science-based, but you need to be genuinely comfortable with this subject matter. It will show in your work.
There are also platform-level restrictions on paid advertising in this niche (Meta, Google), which shapes how organic content is approached. Experience navigating sensitive niches is a plus.
