E-commerce Data Analyst (part-time)

What type of people are we looking for?
Strong experience in setting up analytics for paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
Proven knowledge of GA4 setup for e-commerce, including:
conversion tracking
custom events
purchase value tracking
Experience with tools such as GA4, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and optionally Klaviyo
Ability to prepare data for analysis (cleaning, filtering, combining data sources)
Ability to build clear, easy-to-understand reports and dashboards
Strong analytical thinking: forming hypotheses, drawing insights, and interpreting results
Part-time availability: approx. 15–20 hours per month (flexible, depending on current needs)
Fluent Polish and English (minimum C1)
What will you do?
Set up and maintain analytics for paid campaigns, including:
Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
GA4 configurations for e-commerce and lead campaigns
custom events and conversion tracking (including purchase values)
Ensure correct data flow between advertising platforms, GA4, and e-commerce systems
Analyze data from tools such as GA4, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and others
Combine and interpret data from multiple sources to assess performance
Build dashboards and reports supporting marketing and performance objectives
Formulate hypotheses, insights, and data-driven recommendations
Assist in creating, calculating, and interpreting KPIs (e.g. ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, CR)
Collaborate closely with performance marketing and marketing teams
