About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Influencer Manager to support or take over influencer marketing activities at Tribe47. We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage collaborations efficiently, but thinks strategically – understands how influencer marketing fits into the full sales funnel and can build effective campaigns on both the Polish and international markets.

Context

Tribe47 is an e-commerce and performance marketing agency delivering projects for Polish and international clients. The Influencer Manager will work on existing and new projects, operating as an independent expert or support for the existing team. We're particularly interested in someone with experience running campaigns on international markets (EU, DACH, UK, or others).

We’re looking for someone who sees influencer marketing as more than campaign coordination.
You understand how creator partnerships support business goals, strengthen brand positioning, and contribute to measurable results across the marketing funnel.

You are proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from idea to execution. You can think strategically while staying detail-oriented and enjoy working closely with clients, influencers, and cross-functional teams.

  • are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously

  • combine creativity with analytical thinking and enjoy turning campaign insights into actionable recommendations

  • feel confident communicating with clients and influencers and building long-term relationships

  • enjoy ownership and can independently manage projects end-to-end

  • stay curious about platform trends, creator economy developments, and new collaboration formats

  • thrive in a fast-paced agency and e-commerce environment

What skills and experience are crucial for us?

Must-have

  • minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing (agency or brand side)

  • proven experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end – from briefing and influencer selection to execution, reporting, and optimization

  • strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including formats, algorithms, trends, and performance benchmarks

  • experience selecting influencers aligned with campaign goals, target audience, and client needs

  • excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • experience negotiating collaboration terms and coordinating influencer partnerships

  • analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and draw meaningful conclusions

  • very good English and Polish (working with international clients and influencers)

Nice to have

  • experience running influencer campaigns on international markets (EU, DACH, UK, Benelux, or others)

  • familiarity with influencer analytics and discovery tools (e.g. Kolsquare, HypeAuditor, Modash, Storyclash, or similar)

  • background in e-commerce or performance marketing

  • experience managing affiliate or ambassador programs

  • knowledge of an additional European language (e.g. German or Dutch)

  • 120 PLN/hour gross (negotiable, depends on agreement).

  • Choice of contract: B2B or mandate agreement (UZ).
