What type of people are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Mid-level Marketing Automation Specialist to support our email and SMS marketing projects - expected availability: 20 - 40 hours per month.


We’re looking for someone who:

  • has experience with at least one Marketing Automation platform (e.g., Klaviyo, User.com, GetResponse or similar) and is open to working with other tools

  • can independently build and optimize email campaigns and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)

  • can set up and manage SMS campaigns

  • has experience with dynamic product blocks in emails (product feeds, recommendations)

  • has basic HTML/CSS knowledge for editing email templates

  • understands API integrations / webhooks and data flow between systems

  • can design and analyze A/B tests

  • understands key metrics such as OR, CTR, CTOR, revenue per email, revenue per recipient, AOV, LTV, repeat purchase rate

  • can work with data and create contact segmentation (RFM knowledge is a plus)

  • understands attribution models and their impact on reporting

  • takes care of database hygiene and deliverability

  • has practical knowledge of GDPR / CAN-SPAM

What will you do?

  • create and optimize email and SMS campaigns

  • build and improve automated lifecycle flows

  • prepare segmentation and targeted campaigns

  • run A/B tests and analyze performance

  • optimize campaigns based on data and metrics

  • maintain deliverability and database quality
