What type of people are we looking for?

• You’ve worked at a marketing agency (must have). 
• Someone with excellent soft skills – this is a consultant role, so you need to know how to communicate and persuade!
• Background should be in strategy, where you’ve managed the entire marketing landscape.
• Need to be available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to jump into client meetings
• Experience in the e-commerce space would be highly beneficial
• Highly organized – this is an absolute must. We need someone who loves having everything under control and plans with precision.
• A true growth hacker – if you can’t get in through the door, you’ll find a way through the window!
• Besides wide understanding of marketing strategy, you have hand-on expertise in at least in one of this fields: marketing automation, conversion optimization, content management, performance marketing,
• You work with project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
• Experience working with small companies and startups is a huge plus.
• Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish (min. C1).

What will you do?

• Play the role of a strategic advisor, guiding clients toward the right solutions.
• Manage comprehensive marketing projects, from planning to execution, primarily in the e-commerce space.
• Regularly meet with clients to discuss strategies, results, and next steps.
• Collaborate with our team and clients to deliver tangible results.
• Come up with clever and creative solutions that accelerate growth for our clients' businesses.

• Agreement type of your choice between B2B contract or other (UZ or UoP) - 10.000 PLN to 15.000 PLN net.
