👀 Who are we looking for?

We’re not after “the perfect candidate.” We’re after real marketers – from bright-eyed juniors to seasoned seniors who can optimize campaigns with their eyes closed (well, preferably open 👀).

If you know Meta Ads and Google Ads, love numbers, and ROAS is practically your middle name – then read on.

🧠 What you’ll do (depending on your level):

• Run paid campaigns on Meta Ads and/or Google Ads – from planning to reporting.
• Create (or co-create) performance strategies that actually move the needle.
• Test, optimize, analyze, improve, and scale – until it clicks.
• Work closely with content, automation, copy, and creative teams.
• Build briefs, think in funnels, and focus on what converts.

🌱 Juniors – you’ll get a proper onboarding, a mentor, and a clear growth path.

🔥 Seniors – you’ll get independence, strategic projects, and real impact (no buzzwords, we promise).

💡 What we expect:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
• A strategic mindset (or at least curiosity to develop one).
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel – the more, the better!
• Fluent Polish and English – most of our clients are international.
• The mindset of: “I check data. I test. I learn. I level up.”
• Part-time availability (being occasionally available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM is a plus)
