Now, we’re looking for a talented HR Project Manager to join our team and work on global projects!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Co-developing and implementing human resource management strategies (over 200 employees).
- Leading and managing the Project HR team (approximately 20 people).
- Coordinating project team management across multiple locations worldwide.
- Introducing and improving HR processes and organizational solutions.
- Strengthening collaboration between HR teams and other departments to execute the company’s HR strategy.
- Working closely with managers to enhance team and employee management practices.
- Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to align HR strategies with business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in team management, preferably in shipyard or offshore projects.
- A university degree in HR management, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of labor law and HR-related regulations.
- Strong goal-oriented and problem-solving approach.
- Experience in HR project management and process development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for business when needed.
- Strong command of MS Office.
