Opis stanowiska

  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Supervisors, Logistics, and Purchasing to transfer and allocate tools across dry docks and projects, ensuring availability while minimizing unnecessary purchases,
  • Review and validate tool requests from project managers & supervisors before they are issued as requisitions in the system,
  • Keep track of tool allocations, including project location, usage, and condition,
  • Develop and enforce guidelines for proper tool usage and maintenance,
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities by optimizing tool procurement, usage and allocation,
  • Attend operational meetings, project requisition coordination meetings for tools (kick-offs, project summaries, etc.) and others,
  • Provide regular reports to management on tool inventory, usage patterns, and cost savings,
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve tool management systems.


Wymagania stanowiska

  • Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field,
  • Familiarity with tools used in maritime or construction projects is a strong plus.,
  • Experience in implementing and managing processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency,
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written, is a mandatory requirement,
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis tools,
  • Analytical thinking: ability to analyze inventory data, identify inefficiencies and develop effective solutions,
  • Proactive approach: anticipates potential challenges and addresses them before they escalate,
  • Strong communication skills: effectively communicates with diverse stakeholders, including project managers, purchasing teams, and management,
  • Proficiency in procurement/inventory management systems or ERP tools,
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented,
  • Resilient and confident in standing firm under pressure.
