Opis stanowiska

Your responsibilities


  • Strategy Development: Help create and lead the strategy for new partner adoptions (PSPs and merchants) or upgrades for live merchants.
  • Performance Reporting: Report results and performance to leadership through weekly meetings, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • CRM Management: Register and update daily activities in the CRM platform to ensure performance visibility, maintain historical records, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the daily pipeline to keep the status of all business opportunities with merchants updated.
  • Prospecting: Create prospect lists with merchants that align well with the product. Enrich leads by researching relevant information such as brand details, challenges, news, payment methods, and contact information for decision-makers.
  • Contact Initiation: Use various prospecting tools to identify and contact merchants' decision-makers through daily activities such as calls, emails, and Sales Navigator.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings with merchants to discover their needs and present products that can address their challenges.
  • Pitching: Adapt pitch deck presentations for meetings with merchants, customizing them according to their industry, business model, and specific needs.
  • Integration Guidance: Guide merchants through the integration process from start to finish, addressing technical or non-technical questions, escalating issues internally, and providing solutions.

Post-Activation Monitoring: Ensure that merchants complete the product integration process successfully and monitor their performance post-activation. Identify new opportunities for integrating additional products and features


Our requirements

  • Experience prospecting, developing accounts, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Develop partnerships and communicate with high-level decision makers to assess needs
  • Some understanding of cloud-based software
  • Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both French and English
  • 1+ years demonstrated sales experience
  • A solution-oriented mindset and comfortable working to resolve issues before escalating to the next level


Reside in or able to relocate to the Krakow area
