Role Description 📢

Twisto is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Intern who will join the Polish team 🇵🇱. The purpose of this role is to support the Digital Marketing team in enhancing the brand’s digital presence through creative content, campaign management, and customer relationship initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in creative planning, generating ideas and creating videos and content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook) 📱, in collaboration with the graphic design team 🎨.
• Assisting in the management of external communications (e.g., newsletters, social media communications) 📧.
• Monitoring social media performance, offering insights and suggestions for optimization 📊.
• Support in campaign management, including copywriting 📝.

Job requirements:

• At least 2nd-year student or university graduate (preferred fields of study: marketing, business management, or a related field) 🎓.
• Good knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook 📱.
• Familiarity with new AI tools 🤖: ChatGPT, MidJourney.
• Basic understanding of marketing and social media strategies 💼.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace 💻.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or above) 🇬🇧.
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) but with a flexible schedule ⏰.
• Creativity and content development skills for social media platforms ✨.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills 📝.
• Ability to create videos for social media, with the support of CapCut or other tools 🎥.
• Previous internship or project experience in marketing, social media, or CRM is an asset 🌟.
