Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance Team.

Finance Department

Our Finance Department supports the organisation by performing crucial financial processes like collecting payments from customers, making payments to our suppliers, and processing all the related accounting documents. They ensure Tylko adheres to all tax rules and provides financial information and reports both internally and externally.

The Finance Department also supports other departments with planning and decision making, by providing expert financial insight.

Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:

• Formal verification and entry of documents into the electronic document workflow
• Settling business trip expenses
• Verifying and settling accounts with influencers
• Posting selected accounting documents
• Preparing payments and posting bank statements (as a substitute for someone)
• Ongoing recording of transactions subject to withholding tax
• Preparing necessary summaries and reports; performing analysis and reconciliation of accounts, ledgers, and registers
• Supporting month-end closing

Job requirements

• +3 yrs of experience in accounting
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Understanding of tax regulations
• Ability to work in a team with a problem-solving mindset
• Fluent Polish and good command of English
• Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week

It would be an additional plus if you have:

• Knowledge of FK Symfonia
• Previous experience in a company exporting to the EU
