E-commerce Manager

We’re looking for an E-commerce Manager to take our online sales channels to the next level and ensure our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about digital commerce, with a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the drive to deliver measurable growth. You’ll have the chance to shape our e-commerce strategy, improve platform performance, and directly influence revenue generation.

Once you join our Team, you will:

• Act as a bridge between business strategy and operational execution, ensuring seamless alignment of goals and actions

• Work closely with the Head of E-commerce and Tech Project Manager to coordinate all e-commerce initiatives from the business perspective

• Lead and oversee the implementation and ongoing development of the e-commerce platform from a business standpoint

• Manage e-merchandising activities, ensuring product visibility, categorization, and discoverability are optimized for conversion and user experience

• Collaborate with the Tech Project Manager to define, plan, and execute the scope of new feature implementations, including those related to new product introductions (NPIs)

• Support the preparation and execution of onsite campaigns and content placements in alignment with marketing and commercial goals

• Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and identify areas for improvement across merchandising, customer journey, and product presentation

• Ensure the timely launch of new products, campaigns, and functionalities in cooperation with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, IT)

• Contribute to the roadmap planning by providing business input and prioritization guidance based on commercial needs

• Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Job requirements

• Minimum 3-years experience in e-commerce business

• Solid knowledge of e-commerce funnel and web performance metrics (Google Analytics)

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making

• Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Previous experience in cooperation with internal IT development teams

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams

• Fluent Polish and good command of English

• Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week
