We’re looking for a Furniture Market & Customer Researcher (Junior/Mid) to join our Product Team. In this role, you’ll support our efforts to better understand the furniture market across Europe and help maintain our research repository.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early or developing stage of their research career—someone who’s passionate about furniture and interior design and looking to grow in a creative, collaborative environment.
About the Team
You’ll work closely with our Research Manager and Product Managers across the Tylko Product Department. As part of the early stages of the furniture development process, you’ll be responsible for collecting insights on market trends, product features and competitors.
You’ll engage with Tylko users across Europe and see how customer feedback is translated into concrete features and solutions. You'll collaborate with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about what they do.
Once you join our team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Research Manager
- Assisting with daily tasks such as meeting notes, fieldwork summaries and tracking project timelines. You’ll help keep research activities organised and running smoothly.
- Conducting market research
- Carrying out competitor analysis, exploring customer preferences and trends and turning this information into insights and recommendations for the Product Team.
- Managing the research repository
- Ensuring all research data is properly stored, organised and tagged so it’s easy to access and use.
- Coordinating research operations
- Managing participant databases, consent forms, scheduling and supporting recruitment for research projects.
- Participating in qualitative user research
- Conducting in-depth interviews with Tylko customers across Europe to understand their needs and experiences (for applicants with a proven track record).
