We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our Brand Team and help us bring ideas to life. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their marketing journey who wants to grow by learning hands-on in a collaborative and creative environment.
In this position, you’ll play an integral role in our day-to-day marketing and communication activities — helping to keep things organized, assisting with content coordination, and ensuring tasks flow smoothly across teams.
About the Team
You’ll work closely with our Brand Communication Manager and contribute to the execution of campaigns, events, and ongoing projects.
You’ll collaborate with the CRM, Performance Marketing, and E-commerce teams to ensure the successful delivery of content and campaigns. Externally, you’ll connect with freelance graphic designers, agencies, and other contractors to support execution.
Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:
- Daily support for the Brand Communication Manager
- Helping with day-to-day tasks, keeping operations running smoothly and projects aligned.
- Task Coordination & Workflow Support
- Organizing incoming requests, structuring priorities, and ensuring smooth task distribution within the Brand Team.
- Resource planning and contractor management
- Supporting workload planning across internal and external teams, including sourcing and managing freelancers.
- Project coordination
- Managing small-scale projects independently and assisting with larger, cross-functional ones — from seasonal campaigns to brand initiatives. You’ll oversee timelines, budgets, and final delivery.
- Administrative and asset management support
- Helping with budget tracking, organizing creative assets, and ensuring the team has the tools they need.
- Collaboration with CRM, Performance, and E-commerce teams
- Coordinating the creation and delivery of content such as newsletters, ads, and product copy, ensuring quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Copywriting and translation process support
- Helping manage the workflow with freelance copywriters across multiple markets — from sharing briefs and tracking progress to checking that deadlines and requirements are met.
- Supporting brand strategy research
- Assisting the Brand Strategist with research and insights that feed into our broader brand direction.
- Marketing activation support
- Helping organize events and activations with a focus on execution and detail.
- Content repository management
- Overseeing tools like Bynder to ensure all content is well-catalogued and accessible; coordinating content acquisition for platforms like Olapic.
