We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our Operations Team and to create, develop and oversee comprehensive quality management systems across the entire value chain.
About the Department
The Operations Department is responsible for every process involved in the production and delivery of our products. It’s composed of four unique areas: Production, Delivery & Services, Customer Service and Automation.
Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:
- Development and implementation of quality management systems covering the product life cycle (design, production, logistics, delivery)
- Auditing and optimization of production processes
- Identification and elimination of the root causes of quality issues
- Oversight of quality control in production and logistics, including handling complaints
- Creation of procedures and quality standards in line with best market practices and customer requirements
- Building and monitoring KPIs
- Initiating corrective and continuous improvement actions
- Implementation of innovative solutions to improve quality and process efficiency
To achieve your goals, it is essential that you:
- Collaborate internally with other teams: product, operations, and customer service
- Collaborate externally with factories and material suppliers
- Manage a team of 2 people in the quality area

Formal Education:
- Higher technical education (preferred fields: Quality Management, Production Engineering, Mechanics or related)
- Quality management certifications are a plus (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, ISO Auditor)
Experience in:
- Quality management in manufacturing (minimum 5 years, preferably in furniture, e-commerce, or related industries)
- Developing quality management systems from scratch
- Working in a complex organization within production, quality control, and logistics
Knowledge of:
- Quality management tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, FMEA, and SPC
- Modern technologies used in production and logistics processes
Key Attributes:
- Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements based on data
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, including team management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Goal-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Native-like proficiency in Polish and good command of English
Please kindly note that the role involves business trips to external partners and work from our Warsaw office on the remaining days.
