Social Media Specialist (Paid Traffic)

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist in Paid Traffic for Western European markets with expertise in e-commerce.

About Performance Marketing Team

The team is responsible for increasing Tylko's brand awareness and driving traffic to the website through paid advertising channels such as Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Programmatic, YouTube, and newsletters. With our expertise, we are able to effectively reach people interested in our products and deliver tailored content that encourages them to make a purchase.

Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:

• Strategy & Implementation – Planning, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads.
• KPI Optimization – We focus on specific user actions: adding to cart, website interactions, key events, and of course ROAS in campaigns that deliver results.
• Google Ads (experience not required, but a big plus) – Support for Product, Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Creativity & Testing – Collaboration with the creative team and testing engaging ad formats tailored to different platforms.
• Analysis & Scaling – Monitoring performance, testing new solutions and approaches in campaigns.
• Reporting & Insights – Regular analysis of campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.

Job requirements

• Min. +2 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads / TikTok Ads / Pinterest Ads campaigns
• Ability to analyze data (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager / TikTok Ads Manager / Pinterest Ads Manager) and understand conversion drivers
• An eye for good creatives and understanding of social media trends
• Proficiency in English (B2+) and native-level Polish
• Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week

It would be an additional plus if you have:

• experience in Google Ads
• good command of any from the following languages: German / French / Spanish / Italian / Nordic languages
