Job description:
1. Brand Perception & Metrics Analysis
- Understand and actionize mobility industry perception, awareness, consideration, and category landscape in Hungary (and SCEE markets)
- Analyze and actionize key metrics to understand opportunities for demand growth
2. New rider acquisition
- Execute scaled strategies to acquire new riders through targeted campaigns
- Identify local growth opportunities, leveraging data insights and local market trends.
3. Rider (re)engagement
- Design and execute retention strategies to maintain rider loyalty and boost engagement
- Execute CRM to foster long-term relationships with the rider base
4. Marketing & CRM Coordination
- Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across OOH, digital, and influencer channels.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to amplify brand messaging in Hungary.
- Lead CRM initiatives, ensuring riders receive relevant and timely communication across touchpoints.
- Localize scaled campaigns and manage localization to other necessary markets.
- Occasionally coordinate and manage driver and partner-facing communications.
5. Requirements
- Fluent in Hungarian and English; additional European languages are a plus.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Good communication, organizational, analytical and project management skills.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
