Expert for Direct channel sales (UNIQA Insurance Group)


Job description:

  • Development and implementation of our group-wide business strategy

  • Independent management of cross-functional, strategically relevant projects

  • Work in diverse corporate projects with high strategic relevance (such as the transformation and optimization of the product portfolio or the business and IT transformation of UNIQA INT)

  • Proactive identification of improvement potential and implementation of transformation strategies

  • Further development of our internal capabilities using your strategy consulting toolkit

  • Learning and growing in a strong team of highly motivated former consultants

  • Driving execution of Direct channels expansion strategy – overseeing and monitoring the rollout of new Direct capabilities strategies and enhancement in local markets            

  • Optimizing digital sales processes – defining and sharing the best-in-class strategies for digital customer engagement, sales conversion and service efficiency                                                        

  • Becoming a topic expert in digital best practices – researching and applying industry-leading tools, technologies, and processes to drive the continuous improvement                                       

  • Enhancing automation and improving customer experience – identifying opportunities to improve self-service capabilities, call center efficiency and overall digital journeys                             

  • International exposure and collaborating across functions – working with local teams, IT, marketing and operations to ensure digital strategies are effectively implemented and scaled

  • Tracking and analyzing performance – leveraging data insights to refine strategies, optimize conversion rates, and improve digital customer engagement  


Requirements:

  • Excellent degree from a leading university or business school

  • At least Bachelor degree in Business or a comparable field of study

  • At least two years of professional experience in strategy consulting, management consultancy, or corporate strategy

  • Experience in an international environment or in working with international teams is an advantage

  • Experience in digital sales and service channels, with extensive understanding of website conversion optimization, self-service tools and call center operations

  • Analytical, data-driven and comfortable using insights to improve digital channel performance and customer experience, with strong ability to interpret KPIs, competitor benchmarks, and market trends to inform decision-making

  • Strategic and hands-on thinker, who can balance long-term vision with execution and continuous optimization

  • Collaborative, influential and able to work across teams and influence decision-making in a complex, multinational environment

  • Passionate about innovation, always looking for ways to push digital boundaries and drive new efficiencies

  • Confident presentation at expert and top management levels

  • Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment, ownership and initiative

  • High level of commitment and independence, as well as self-motivation for further development

  • Ability to recognize complex relationships and present them in a simplified manner

  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Willingness to travel abroad at least once per quarter i needed

  • Fluent English skills
