Responsinilities:
Support and coordinate reporting processes and transitions under different regulations via interaction with UNIQA International entities in Planning and Reporting process both for Financial and Business Planning
Consolidation and delivery of UNIQA International quarterly Financial Reports
Coordinate and Execute monthly International Reporting cycle (process ownership and control)
Continuous improvement support of the data quality and data granularity (via validation) in line with strategic and business needs
Develop and maintain visually engaging Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that meet our business needs and support data driven decision-making
Monitor Power BI solutions, identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Connect and integrate data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services, into Power BI datasets
Design data models and transformations in Power BI, optimizing for performance and usability, to ensure data integrity, consistency and accurate reporting
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, industry trends, and best practices
Support the team proactively to further develop different projects and enhance new processes
Requirements:
Bachelor´s or Master Degree in Business or a comparable field of study
3 to 5 years of professional experience in company’s finance & controlling process (Insurance background preferred)
Expertise in Financial accounting and Insurance Finance
Knowledge of Financial IFRS17/9 metrics advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
First hands-on experiences (minimum 1 year) in Power BI Development (workspaces, deployment pipelines, dataset creation, data hub exploration, DAX and Power BI desktop)
Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
Ability to work in an international cross boarder team, high level of commitment and initiative
Very good knowledge of business English (working in multinational and multicultural team); other foreign languages an advantage
Experience in an international environment or in working with international teams is an advantage
Ability to work by self-organized way due to international cross boarder team (Home-office opportunity 100%)
