Transformation Manager for Distribution channels (UNIQA Insurance Group)
Job description:
Development and implementation of our group-wide business strategy
Independent management of cross-functional, strategically relevant projects
Work in diverse corporate projects with high strategic relevance (such as the transformation and optimization of the product portfolio or the business and IT transformation of UNIQA INT)
Proactive identification of improvement potential and implementation of transformation strategies
Further development of our internal capabilities using your strategy consulting toolkit
Learning and growing in a strong team of highly motivated former consultants
Defining and driving sales channel transformation – developing a long-term strategic roadmap to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of the exclusive agent sales network
Performance monitoring and market dynamics analysis – conducting deep analysis of internal sales data, agent productivity and retention, while benchmarking against competitors and industry best practices
Identifying root causes and improvement areas – assessing current structures, sales processes, and operational bottlenecks to uncover key drivers of performance gaps and opportunities for optimization
Leading execution & transformation monitoring – working closely with local country teams to implement transformation strategies, set clear KPIs, and track progress against key performance metrics
International exposure and collaborating across functions – working with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations and technology to ensure alignment and successful execution of transformation initiatives
Requirements:
Excellent degree from a leading university or business school
At least Bachelor Degree in Business or a comparable field of study
At least two years of professional experience in strategy consulting, management consultancy, or corporate strategy
Experience in an international environment or in working with international teams is an advantage
Strategic and analytical thinker, who can assess complex challenges, analyze data and develop actionable insights
Experience in sales channel development, with background in insurance distribution, or strategic sales transformation
Data & Performance driven person, with strong ability to interpret KPIs, competitor benchmarks, and market trends to inform decision-making
Proactive, change-oriented and passionate about leading transformation in a complex, multinational environment
Strong communicator and influencer, capable of aligning stakeholders, presenting data-driven recommendations and driving execution
Confident presentation at expert and top management levels
Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment, ownership and initiative
High level of commitment and independence, as well as self-motivation for further development
Ability to recognize complex relationships and present them in a simplified manner
Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Willingness to travel abroad at least once per quarter if needed
Fluent English skills
