Fund Contract Management Analyst / Senior Analyst

✨ Grow with us! We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Product Solutions – Institutional Investors Team that is a part of our Product Solutions Department. We are responsible for maintenance and amendment of fund documentation for German special funds.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

✔️Steer and monitor fund documentation maintenance processes and projects to ensure in-time and in-quality delivery of tasks such as:

- Investment guidelines amendments

- Remuneration agreement amendments

- Opening/closing of foreign currency accounts

✔️Strong collaboration within the department and across company as well as with external parties (Asset Managers, Depositories, Custodians)

✔️Ensure high communication standards and high level of customer satisfaction

✔️Establish and maintain efficient and well documented process

✔️Define and provide areas for improvements and support their implementation as well as automatization processes and initiatives

✔️Participate in transitions/process change projects

 🦾Your skills and experience:

• Fluent in German (B2/C1) and English (B2)
• University degree in law, business administration, finance, economics or related field of study
• Very good organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
• Service orientation, paired with a solution-oriented attitude
• Understanding of the financial industry
