Every day, thousands of people trust us to take control of their wellbeing through diagnostics, education and simple, everyday actions.To accelerate our content engine, we’re looking for a creative, hands-on Video Content Creator — someone who lives and breathes social video, knows how to grab attention within 3 seconds, and can turn medical insights into engaging content that educates, inspires and converts.
🌱 About the role
This role has one mission: produce social video content that grows our reach and drives engagement.You will be responsible for ideation, scripting, shooting, editing and publishing videos, working closely with our Marketing and Medical teams to translate health topics into highly relatable content.You’ll create for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn — both organic and paid.
🎯 Your key responsibilities
Produce short and long-form video content for social media (TikTok/Meta/Reels/YouTube).
Lead the end-to-end process: ideation → script → shoot → edit → publish.
Turn health/medical topics into simple, clear and engaging stories.
Collaborate with the medical experts to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Provide support to the graphic design team (e.g. visual assets, thumbnails, moodboards, basic layout work).
Create video assets for paid ads, email campaigns & landing pages (as needed).
💪 What will help you succeed
2+ years of experience creating social video content (preferably in TikTok/Meta/Reels/YouTube).
Strong storytelling ability — you know what hooks, triggers and CTAs work.
Excellent shooting & editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve).
Ability to create both structured & spontaneous content.
Strong sense of visual aesthetics, sound and pacing.
Comfortable working on camera (optional but welcome).
Fluent Polish and communicative English.
Based in Warsaw and available 3 days a week in the office.
Experience with AI tools and the ability to apply them effectively in everyday workflows.
Experience in graphic design and ability to create visual assets for social platforms is a strong advantage.
Nice to have:
Experience in health/fitness/wellness/education verticals.
Knowledge of trends, best practices, algorithm behaviour.
Experience in scripting or copywriting.
