At uPacjenta, we make health prevention simple and accessible. We bring laboratory tests and diagnostics directly to people’s homes and offices, helping individuals and companies take control of their health earlier — and live better for longer. Now, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who will help us shape how preventive healthcare is experienced visually.
We’re looking for someone who understands brand and campaign fundamentals and can consistently apply them across different formats and channels. As part of our Creative Team, you’ll turn briefs into clear, well-executed assets, managing your own workload and delivering work reliably in a dynamic environment. The role involves close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product, and requires a strong sense of ownership in day-to-day execution.

🎯 Your key responsibilities
Create campaign Key Visuals and develop cohesive visual systems that work consistently across digital and offline touchpoints
Design and adapt marketing assets across channels: landing pages, banners, social media graphics, email assets, and other campaign materials
Create printed materials (flyers, brochures, posters, roll-ups, catalogs) and prepare files according to print specifications
Design business presentations and visual reports
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all formats, platforms, and use cases
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, translating concepts into effective visual solutions
💡 What will help you succeed
3+ years of experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
Strong aesthetic sense and creativity, with awareness of current design trends
Experience using AI tools and prompt-based workflows in design
Very good knowledge of: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva
Good command of English (min. B2)
Independence, ownership mindset, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
Nice to have:
After Effects and motion design skills
Hands-on experience creating visual assets for paid campaigns (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads) would be a strong plus
Project management skills
Experience in a startup or product company environment
Knowledge of e-commerce, sales funnels, or the medical/healthcare market
