To accelerate our brand growth, we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist — someone eager to grow, hands-on, and already familiar with the world of creators and social media.
If you've run your first influencer collaborations, know your way around Instagram and TikTok, and want to develop in a fast-growing health-tech company — this role is for you.
About the role
This is an execution-focused role with room to grow. You will plan and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, working closely with Influencer & Partnerships Manager and marketing teams. You'll get real ownership of campaigns from day one, with support and mentoring from an experienced team.
Your key responsibilities
Identify, reach out to and build relationships with influencers and creators in the health, lifestyle, parenting and wellness space.
Execute influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant channels.
Coordinate UGC-driven campaigns from brief through to content delivery.
Support contract negotiations and manage deliverables and timelines.
Brief creators and monitor content production, ensuring brand and medical compliance.
Track and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions).
Monitor influencer marketing trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with the Growth team to integrate influencer content into broader marketing activities.
What will help you succeed
1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, social media or creator collaborations.
Basic understanding of how influencer campaigns work — from briefing to reporting.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
Curious and analytical — you like to understand what works and why.
Fluent Polish and English.
Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to use them in daily work.
Nice to have: hands-on experience with influencer platforms (Modash, Upfluence or similar). Background in health, wellness or lifestyle. Experience in a startup environment.
