Performance Marketing Specialist
Let's turn health prevention into a habit and help thousands live longer, better lives.
At uPacjenta, we believe prevention should be effortless — because a long, healthy life starts with small, everyday actions. Our mission: Guiding people to better health. We're building technology that brings diagnostics straight to homes and offices, empowering individuals and companies through data, awareness and early action.
We've already made preventive care accessible to thousands — but we're just getting started. Now, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist — a hands-on expert who will help scale our paid growth engine and turn data into predictable, efficient acquisition.
🌱 About the role
This is a pure performance role. Zero corporate maintenance, lots of ownership.
You will plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across all digital channels — Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and others. You'll work directly with our Growth Manager. Your job: bring PPC craft, analytical precision and initiative. Execute fast, test and measure everything, improve constantly.
You'll collaborate closely with Creative, Product and Data teams — because great performance marketing lives at the intersection of well-structured ad accounts and high-quality creative assets. You understand that neither works without the other.
This role is perfect for someone who:
Lives and breathes PPC, attribution and analytics
Easily switches between execution and deep-dive analysis
Can build campaigns from scratch, optimise them daily and scale budgets responsibly
Understands user behaviour, landing pages and funnel dynamics
Knows that a click is not a conversion — and that creative quality drives performance as much as bidding strategy
Wants impact, ownership and a fast iteration loop
🎯 Your key responsibilities
Core:
Plan, build and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other paid platforms
Maintain clean, well-structured ad accounts — proper campaign architecture, audience segmentation, negative keyword hygiene and naming conventions
Collaborate with Creative team to produce high-performing ad assets — you understand what makes a creative convert and can brief designers with clarity
Monitor and improve key funnel metrics daily: CPC, CTR, CR, CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV
Run structured A/B tests — creatives, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies
Manage campaign budgets and pacing across channels
Analyse performance data in GA4, build dashboards in Looker Studio
Ensure tracking health: work with our GTM/tracking engineer on conversion setup, attribution, consent
Optimise landing pages and user journeys in cooperation with Product and Dev
Secondary:
Build and improve email marketing and automation workflows (activation, engagement, retention)
Grow our marketing database in a healthy, scalable, and compliant way
Support B2B lead generation campaigns (corporate wellness programme)
Run bold growth experiments
💡 What will help you succeed
Must-have:
2-4 years of hands-on PPC experience — you've managed real budgets, not just watched dashboards
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping) and Meta Ads
Comfortable with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio — you can set up reports, debug tracking, read attribution
Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, consent management
You understand that creative assets and account structure are equally important — a perfect bid strategy with mediocre creatives (or vice versa) won't perform
Experience with landing page optimisation and understanding how LP content affects conversion
Analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data, not gut feeling
Strong ownership, independence and ability to get things done
Curious about the product you're selling — you'd actually order from us to understand the customer journey
Fluent Polish and good command of English
Based in Warsaw (3 days/week in our office)
Nice to have:
Experience in health-tech, diagnostics, or services industry — you know that platforms like Google and Meta impose specific restrictions on healthcare advertisers (limited remarketing, restricted Shopping, no Customer Match), and you've navigated those constraints before
Daily use of AI tools in your marketing workflow — Claude, MCP servers, ChatGPT, or similar for ad copy, data analysis, automation and research
Experience with TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads
Email marketing tools (GetResponse, Mailchimp, or similar)
Experience with marketing automation in Synerise
Keyword research tools (Ahrefs, Semrush) — turning search data into campaign structure
Familiarity with automation platforms (Make, n8n, Google Apps Script)
Experience with Demand Gen, Shopping campaigns, or Performance Max asset optimisation
📈 How we'll measure your success
New user acquisition

Predictable, profitable scaling of paid channels
💙 What you'll get in return

Modern marketing stack: GA4, GTM (server-side), Semrush, Clarity, AI-assisted analytics
Work from our Central Point office — 16th floor, panoramic view of Warsaw
Annual preventive health check-up for free
B2B contract
Private medical care (LuxMed)
MultiSport card
Discounts for lab tests for you and your family
