To support our expansion in Warsaw, User is seeking its future Sales Development Representative.
Why we recruit a SDR
Reporting to Bartosz, Head of Sales, you will promote the user.com product tailored to B2B key accounts, helping clients optimize their digital communication.
You will prospect Mid-Market and Enterprise brands to secure initial meetings and grow the sales team’s pipeline.
Your mission is to generate a pipeline of meetings and new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team.
Your main responsibilities include:
Understanding the Mid-Market / Enterprise offering, particularly the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), user.com
Prospecting new clients (Outbound) using phone, email, social networks, and any other channels available to you — potentially leading meetings as your skills progress
Identifying decision-makers within new accounts and initiating contact
Qualifying leads ahead of events attended by the sales team
Promoting and educating prospects about our offers
Ensuring a first level of qualification for inbound leads
Tracking and reporting your actions in our CRM
What You’ll Need to Succeed
You already have initial sales experience (internship or apprenticeship) and hold a Bachelor’s degree in business (Bac+3).
You are pursuing a Master’s degree in business.
You are familiar with prospecting methods and have a strong interest in digital and/or marketing roles.
You are resilient, curious, and comfortable communicating in written English.
2 Years of or overall experience in certain previous roles Diploma

Strategic ⇒ someone who can help even ad hoc sales, not only cold call
Discipline, rigour, strategic ⇒ keep everything on track and knowing whom to talk to in which way / via which channel
Loves to speak, opened BUT not too pushy either (to organize demos for instance)
