As a Business Support Coordinator at Valueships, your primary role is to assist the board members and operations manager in the day-to-day operations. We're searching for someone who values working smart over working hard and who can competently manage multiple tasks. 🛎️Requirements
· KEY REQUIREMENT: Fluency in English (minimum B2) and Polish — confident communication in both languages;
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively;
· Excellent communication and teamwork mindset — you work well with others and keep things clear;
· A bachelor's degree or in progress; we love people engaging in scientific work or pursuing postgraduate titles;
· A minimum of one year's experience in a similar/related position would be excellent;
· Attention to detail and reliability in handling administrative tasks;
· Basic data analysis skills and experience preparing clear, concise reports;
· Understanding of key business operations and ability to identify and solve problems proactively;
· A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow;
· The candidate should be available starting July 1st
📝Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate complex calendars for board members, resolving conflicts, anticipating clashes, and ensuring meetings are prioritized and well-organized.
· Oversee daily operations of the office in Wrocław, creating a welcoming and productive environment for the entire team.
· Coordinate internal and external communication, including quick updates, formal announcements, and maintaining clear information flow.
· Assist consultants in their work with clients by preparing presentations, supporting client meetings, organizing documentation, and coordinating interviews or surveys essential for project delivery.
· Organize and support logistics for meetings, trainings, workshops, and company events—both virtual and in-person.
· Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to ensure uninterrupted employee support.
· Provide operational support by promptly addressing daily challenges and assisting employees and leadership with their needs.
· Assist with business travel arrangements and manage expense reporting and travel documentation.
· Maintain project documentation, ensuring accurate archiving and easy access for the team.
· Support the Operations Manager with daily tasks, including coordinating cost-effective travel arrangements, organizing and documenting receipts for accounting purposes, and assisting in recruitment activities.
Your role is crucial to the company's success, and you must be able to juggle multiple tasks and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

· Mandate contract: 4 700 zł - 5 500 zł gross;
· B2B: 4 700 zł – 5 500 zł net;

Recruitment Process:
1. Screening Call. We’ll get to know you as a candidate for the Business Support Coordinator position. We’ll ask about your general experience and core skills while also allowing you to learn more about Valueships.
2. Recruitment Task. You’ll be asked to complete a job-related task, which should take approximately 1-3 hours, depending on your experience and skills.
3. Hype Call. You’ll be asked about a vision of yourself within our organisation.
4. Decision. At the end of recruitment, we will decide whether to move forward with an offer to join our team or end the process.
